O.T.G. (Off The Grid) is a secret government agency created back in the early 1960s. Once used for high-profile hits and assassinations, it was shut down in 1963 by President Linden B Johnson immediately after The assassination of President John F Kennedy. It was rumored that O.T.G was in fact responsible for the killing, so once made aware that this agency existed LBJ ordered it to be shut down.

 

In 2024 The agency has been re-open by the pentagon. Its budget, operations, and whereabouts are kept to the highest secrecy not even the President knows of its existence.

 

In a new world of evolving human beings, the world is faced with terror from mutated genes in humans on earth as a result of government testing, some of these subjects survive the test and escape into the world using their new gifts for evil purposes.
